Presenting documents, verifying signer identity, screening signers for their awareness and willingness, completing the certificates, and returning documents as directed are the fundamental tasks that we accomplish with timely, friendly professionalism and precision. We are punctual, communicative and diligent not to provide advice. We understand that this is an exciting and serious time for the Signer, and a critical task to get 100% right for the Agency.

We accept the industry standard pay rate for our exceptional services. In the unlikely event that we make a mistake, our Guarantee to immediately remedy and/or refund all or a portion of our fee gives us additional motivation to provide professionalism and notarial perfection. Serving the Public, taking pride in our exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence are much more important than money!
